By booking a session or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Retainers

A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session date.

Session dates are not confirmed until the retainer and signed agreement are received.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that life happens.

Clients may request to reschedule with reasonable notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to studio availability.

Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future session at the discretion of the studio.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payments made.

3. Session Experience

Femme Patronne Intimate Portraits is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment.

Any inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

4. Creative Style & Artistic Direction

By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they are familiar with and appreciate the artistic style of Femme Patronne Intimate Portraits.

Final image editing, retouching, composition, and creative direction remain at the photographer’s artistic discretion.

5. Image Delivery

Turnaround times for galleries, products, albums, and artwork may vary depending on workload and production schedules.

Digital files and printed products may not be altered, filtered, edited, or commercially reproduced without written permission.

6. Copyright

All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of Femme Patronne Intimate Portraits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive personal-use rights only.

Commercial use, resale, publication, or contest submission without written consent is prohibited.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time

• Providing accurate information

• Bringing agreed wardrobe/items

• Communicating allergies, injuries, or sensitivities prior to the session

The studio is not responsible for outcomes affected by undisclosed conditions or late arrival.

8. Product Orders

Due to the custom nature of photographic artwork and printed products, all sales are final.

Replacement requests due to manufacturing defects must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

9. Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to provide exceptional service and preserve client images, Femme Patronne Intimate Portraits shall not be held liable for:

• Unforeseen equipment failure

• Acts of nature

• Illness

• Accidents

• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, liability shall be limited to amounts paid by the client.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Copy or reproduce website content without permission

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
